We are located in the heart of Cochrane, AB, and offer modern amenities and living options for all residents. We are dedicated to promoting maximum independence, choice, and dignity for each resident. The involvement of family, neighbours and friends is greatly encouraged. Our beautiful four-storey community opened in the summer of 2019.
Residency at Hawthorne is for Memory Care and Supportive Living seniors and residency is based on referrals and assessments by Alberta Health Services.
